A relaxed Sunday morning combining a beautiful brunch at Charm Nature Boutique Hotel with a gentle walk through the surrounding natural landscape of Sintra.
This experience is about slowing down, enjoying nature, and sharing good food and conversation with the community — a simple way to spend a Sunday reconnecting with yourself, with others, and with the beauty just outside the city.
The Location: Charm Nature
We’ll gather at Charm Nature, a beautiful boutique eco-hotel nestled in the hills of Sintra, where forest, fresh air and calm landscapes invite us to disconnect from the city and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
The late morning begins with a relaxed brunch at the hotel, prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients. It’s the perfect moment to arrive slowly, meet new people, and enjoy good food in a beautiful setting.
After brunch, we’ll head out for a gentle nature walk through the surrounding landscape, allowing us to move, breathe, and continue the conversations while exploring the peaceful environment around Azóia.

Brunch Menu
The brunch was designed by Inês Simas, focusing on natural, functional and seasonal ingredients.
Guests will enjoy a generous buffet including fresh sourdough bread with avocado cream and olive oil butter, homemade granola, seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt and kefir, chia pudding, nuts and seed butters, and a variety of functional toppings.
There will also be fresh juices and wellness shots (ginger, turmeric and citrus), coffee, tea, and plant-based milks.
In addition, guests will be able to choose from a selection of creative brunch dishes, including açaí or raspberry bowls, avocado or hummus toasts, tomato toast with poached egg, and oat pancakes with cacao-hazelnut cream or coconut yogurt and berries.
Everything is prepared with a focus on fresh, nourishing and vibrant flavors, designed to be enjoyed slowly before our walk in nature.

Your Host: Vera Kolodzig
Vera Kolodzig is a Portuguese actress and communicator with a deep curiosity for human connection, meaningful conversation, and the art of exploring — places, ideas, and people. Drawn to travel and discovery, she believes that moving through new spaces often opens new ways of seeing, listening, and relating.
One of the very first members to join the club, she now steps into the role of Events Manager, curating gatherings with intention, sensibility, and warmth. Through her Kológica project and podcast, Vera explores self-awareness, communication, and personal growth — approaching conversation much like art itself: with curiosity, critical thinking, emotional honesty, and a quiet sense of humour.
She believes the most meaningful exchanges often unfold when people gather, slow down, and reflect together — whether around a table, on a walk, or while discovering a city anew.
