

Make Your Own Perfect Khabsa
This supperclub continues the Perfect Khabsa journey, inspired by the Arabic word khabsa “mess” or “chaos” that in the kitchen becomes beauty. The table becomes both stage and palette, where each guest creates their own version of perfection.
The evening begins with over twenty ingredients fruits, vegetables, dips, spices, nuts, and sauces inviting guests to play, mix, and discover. This exploration sets the tone for the main course: Meshkak, traditional Omani skewers spiced with dried lime and tamarind, served with rice, enriched by flavors from the Khabsa table.
To end on a sweet note, the meal closes with an Arabic Tiramisu, a playful twist on a classic dessert.
Alongside the food, we’ll be serving Omani frankincense-infused lemonade, thyme & rose tea, and coffee. Guests may also choose an optional wine pairing.
