​Raising capital is not just a question of debt vs equity. Before you get there, it is important to know if it is the right time, how much you actually need, and what type of capital makes sense for the stage of the business.

In this session we will talk about how to think about those questions before you start talking to anyone, including signals that a business is ready to take on outside capital. If you are considering a raise but are not sure where to begin, this a place to start.
