About Event

PLAN

Details to come! (We will either do Happy New Month (reflecting on the past month of January, and setting priorities for Feb) or learn a new style of journaling for self-inquiry. *Email me with your preference*

We will open with introductions and some somatic work. Then, Cory will facilitate the group to deep reflection. We'll take a break at 3:00 to mingle and self-care, returning at 3:15 for round 2.

You can expect:

-extremely supportive fellow workshoppers (see workshopper reviews at https://mindfuladulting.substack.com/p/workshop-schedule)

-journaling with suggested prompts.

-sharing some of your thoughts with fellow workshoppers (within your comfort zone).

This event is for queers and allies.

Bring your journal and dayplanner. Cory will provide colourful pens and paper.

    4. We need to build resilience communally, not just individually.
