Hosted by the Digital Future Institute and the 6G Research Center at Khalifa University, this invitation-only executive masterclass is designed for senior leaders responsible for deploying, governing, and scaling AI systems.
The masterclass will be led by Ajay Pundhir, Founder of AI Exponent and AskAjay.ai, who brings more than 15 years of enterprise AI leadership experience across Nokia, Samsung, American Express, and G42/Presight. Drawing on experience across multiple industries and regulatory environments, Ajay works with organizations to build practical AI governance frameworks that accelerate innovation while ensuring long-term resilience.
The session will begin with opening insights from Prof. Merouane Debbah, Senior Director of the Digital Future Institute and Professor of Computer and Information Engineering at Khalifa University, who will share his perspectives on the evolving AI governance and regulatory landscape across the MENA region and set the stage for the masterclass.
During this intensive two-hour working session, participants will explore the Trust Premium framework and the concept of Minimum Viable Governance (MVG)—a practical approach to governing AI systems without slowing innovation. Participants will then apply the framework to one of their own production AI systems, assess its governance maturity, and develop a practical 90-day action plan.
