87% of sales teams now use AI in some form. Granted, this sounds impressive until you realise it basically means everyone. Using AI doesn't make you clever anymore.

What's interesting is the gap underneath it. Only about half have actually done anything with agents and skills, and that's where it gets real.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, ElevenLabs, they all run their go-to-market on tools like Clay. Anthropic literally runs Claude inside it. When the people building the models are running their GTM this way, it's probably worth a sneaky look 👀

Everyone's got access to the same models. The difference now is what you actually do with them, on the data only you have. That's the whole game now.

So this first session is the groundwork. No slides full of robots shaking hands, no breathless "this changes everything." Just the thinking you need to make sensible calls about AI in your go-to-market, and run it properly, instead of leaving a couple of reps to quietly experiment when they should be selling.
