​Wine People in AI — Co-Working Session
Wednesday, November 18 | 9:30am – 12:30pm

​A private, invite-only working session for wine industry professionals already exploring AI. No pitches. No lectures. Just focused time to make real progress on real projects — alongside peers who get it.

​Bring your laptop. Bring a project.

​Event Flow

• ​9:30am — Doors open. Coffee, pastries & fruit. Write your project on the whiteboard as you arrive.

• ​9:45–10:00am — Kickoff. Quick context-setting, tools overview, and project alignment.

• ​10:00–12:00pm — Work session. 90 minutes of focused, heads-down time. Peer collaboration welcome. Technical support available throughout.

• ​12:00–12:30pm — Debrief. Share what you built, what you learned, and what's next. Show-and-tell optional.

• ​12:30pm — Wrap. Optional lunch for those who want to keep the conversation going.

​Who this is for: Wine pros — winery employees, consultants, operators — actively building or automating something with AI and ready to make progress in a room full of motivated peers.

​Location will be in or near Napa, CA

​Space is limited to 10–15 attendees. Attendance is approved to keep the room focused. $10 fee covers coffee, pastries and fruit.
