Slow Roll #4: Photo Walk + Coffee for Creatives with Cris Wernet

​Spend a Saturday afternoon exploring Amsterdam through your lens with photographer Cris Wernet.

​We'll start with coffee and introductions at a nearby cafe (TBD), then head out for a 1-1.5 hour photo walk through the city. Cris will share his approach to composition and lighting in street photography.

​During this walk, we will take street portraits of each other. Cris will teach you how to use your camera, include interesting compositions into your work, and answer any questions you may have.

​You're welcome to bring any kind of camera (digital, film, or phone), but the focus on this walk and Mark's expertise is digital photography. Bring your camera and curiosity :)

​What's included:

• ​Coffee/tea at Nook

• ​1.5-2 hour walk led by Cris

• ​Insights on photography, composition, and lighting

• ​Small group (max 20 people)

• ​Your camera (film, digital, and phone all ok!)

• ​Comfortable walking shoes

• ​1:00 PM: Meet at Nook + Introductions

• ​1:15 PM: Intro Talk by Cris

• ​1:45 PM: Photo walk begins

• ​3:00 PM: Wrap up
