Why This Matters
For 40 years, we lived in the Knowledge Era. Careers were built on accumulating information, earning credentials, becoming "the expert."
That game just ended.
When AI can pass the bar exam, write code, and diagnose diseases, what's left for humans? The answer: everything that requires wisdom—the judgment, creativity, and tacit knowledge that comes from deep skill development.
The problem? Our entire educational system was built to transfer declarative knowledge. Nobody taught us how to accelerate the development of skills—the procedural, chunked, grandmaster-level capabilities that make humans irreplaceable.
