Part 2 of The AI Series for GTM

This is the clearest "aha" moment in the whole series, and it takes about five minutes to land.

We use Claude and ask it to write the same message twice. Once blank, the way most people use it, knowing nothing about you or who you're writing to. Then once with a messaging skill: it's essentially a playbook that carries how you actually write cold outreach, your voice, your angle, what you'd never say. The second message is one only you could have sent.

A cold email is our example, because that's where "generic" shows up fastest. But the point isn't the email. It's the skill: what it is, what it holds, and how close it is to something you could build yourself. The model is the commodity. How you write is the moat.
