A guided workshop on overthinking exploring why and how we get into over thinking, and how meditative practices can be used to better work with over thinking.

Through guided meditation, talks and discussion exploring over thinking, and optional sharing over tea, you’ll be introduced to different methods of approaching over thinking

and leave with a clearer understanding of what you can do to better relate and work with your thoughts.
