​A field visit to Korat to explore the Choktawee Agroforestry Initiative, and Northeastern Thai food and heritage. A hands-on composting workshop and a walk through the agroforestry land, followed by shared local meals, an exploration of a nearby ancient Khmer temple, and a morning visit to the vibrant train-side market where fresh produces arrive by train from surrounding communities.

​Contribution: 7,900 Baht (includes 1 night boutique hotel accommodation, private van transfer to and from Bangkok (300km both ways), transport within Nakhon Ratchasima, 2x breakfast, 1x lunch, 1x dinner)
