Rather than analyzing or discussing personal stories, this one-day immersive experience invites you to explore the year through experience, action, and presence.
What to Expect
This is not a lecture and does not require performance or sharing personal details.
Through playful yet deep experiential and dramatic methods, roles and situations unfold naturally.
In the process, patterns of how you’ve been responding to life often become visible without interpretation or pressure to change.
If you’ve attended personal growth or psychology workshops before,
you may find that this experience takes a different path, emphasizing learning through lived experience rather than discussion.
