Whether or not you joined Saturday night, Sunday is a complete journey on its own. It’s ideal for those who want to reset their nervous systems, anchor their energy, and step into the holidays from a place of inner steadiness.
What to Expect (5-Hour Experience)
Arrival & Grounding — Gentle welcome, warm tea, and intention setting in a phone-free space to help you arrive fully.
Yoga with Austeen — Morning grounding practice to awaken your body and align your energy.
Sacred Cacao Ceremony — Heart-opening ritual with Emefa to set intentions for the season ahead.
Guided Breathwork Journey — Deep, music-led breathwork facilitated by Emefa for somatic release, nervous system regulation, and clarity.
Creative Integration & Nourishment — Journaling, art, reflection, or quiet rest, followed by a seasonal meal to anchor your experience.
Closing Circle — Integration and harvesting of insights to carry forward into the holidays.
