Through guided nada meditation and the resonance of Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, chimes, drums + more, sound moves through you, guiding your nervous system into deep rest. Softening what's tight, releasing what's ready, revealing the stillness that's always been there. Allow yourself to fully receive, leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and restored.

​Kirstie Kleine Jaeger is a certified trauma-informed breathwork and sound facilitator. She is the founder of INNER ETHER, a practice where breath and sound meet to guide the body into remembrance. She is currently deepening her practice in forest therapy, drawn to co-creating with nature and deep listening. Her work has been described as "both grounding and expansive” - a place where "something heavy leaves, and something light returns." Kirstie offers group breathwork journeys, sound ceremonies, and 1:1 sessions in NYC and virtually, approaching this work as both a student and guide.
