In this hands-on AWS & RevStar workshop, you'll use Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to build, deploy, and productionize a customer support AI agent while learning the architectural patterns behind secure, scalable agentic applications. You'll build an agent from scratch, deploy it to a serverless runtime, and progressively layer on production capabilities including memory, tools, auth, observability, evaluations, governance, and optimization without managing infrastructure directly.
