About Event

A slow and sensory park walk and nature immersion experience in the heart of the city at Hampstead Heath.

Who is this for?

​This experience is for people who are willing to take a pause, who are craving a deeper connection, meaning and purpose in life. People who want to make genuine human connections beyond screens and networking platforms.

What to expect?

​A half day nature immersion with an intimate group of 8-10 including your host - Prachi. ​She will guide you throughout the day with facilitated conversations, games and activities. The key highlights include a the sensory park walk and nature immersion, a creativity exercise, guided journalling and a talking circle on 'What does Happiness mean to me?'

​You can also expect some gentle movement exercises and forest walk which are suitable for all fitness level. You are encouraged to fully immerse in the experience, by keeping your mobile and device usage to a minimum.

​Be curious and open to a bit of social experimentation. Don’t worry you will not be forced to do anything you are not comfortable with. 

What to bring? 

  • ​Weather appropriate clothing and gears

  • ​Water bottle

  • ​A pen and a notepad/diary

  • ​Pets are welcome

  • ​Picnic mat, if you have one

How much does it cost?

​There is no fixed ticket, the experience is offered on a 'pay what you can' basis with a recommended contribution between £15 to £30. This can be paid on the day via bank transfer.
