​About Angela Bliss
​Angela Bliss is a behavioural scientist and designer specialising in the intersection of human behaviour, customer experience, and emerging technologies.
​Angela is currently Head of Behavioural Science at NAB, where she helps customers and colleagues stay safe, build financial capability, and design better experiences by applying behavioural science to real-world product and service challenges.
​With over 20 years’ experience, Angela has worked with Australia’s largest businesses and government departments, including NAB, MECCA, The Reece Group, Wesfarmers Health, Telstra, MYOB, Bunnings, Coles, Nissan, and the Victorian Departments of Health and Transport.
​Angela is a member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists (GAABS) and holds degrees in economics, marketing, and art history, along with an MSc in Behavioural Science (Distinction) from the London School of Economics, where her thesis explored the behavioural design of chatbots.
