Sound Off: A Community Discussion Series
This event will focus on the question:
How do we build a professional presence online without getting sucked into social media?
Inspired by the thoughtful conversations that keep emerging during our Pro Member Career Office Hours, we're launching a new community discussion series: Sound Off.
Think of it as a "topic book club" for women in tech.
Before each session, the pro member community will vote on a topic and have the opportunity to share articles, podcasts, videos, social posts, and other resources in Slack. Then, we'll come together for a facilitated discussion to explore the topic as a group.
The goal isn't to debate who's right or arrive at a single answer. It's to create space for thoughtful conversation, learning, and connection around the issues shaping our careers, workplaces, and lives.
Join us to better understand a topic, hear different perspectives, share your own experiences, or simply listen and learn.
Future topics may include:
AI and the future of work
Career resilience in a changing tech market
Personal branding and professional visibility
Workplace culture and leadership
Burnout, boundaries, and well-being
Emerging trends impacting women in tech
Differing opinions are welcome. We simply ask that everyone approach the conversation with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to learn from one another.
Sessions will not recorded in order to create a safe space for us to share together in confidence.
