Who is joining us
JESSICA BECK is the Co-Founder and CEO of Alfred | Arqline, where she leads the development of an integrated technology and property management platform for the multifamily industry.
Beck founded Alfred and grew the company into a leading proptech platform, raising more than $165 million in venture funding and establishing partnerships with some of the country’s largest multifamily owners. She subsequently led the acquisitions of RKW Residential and Quarterra Living, bringing the two management companies together to launch Arqline. The company was subsequently named among NMHC’s 50 Largest Property Managers in 2026.
Today, Beck leads a team of 700 dedicated professionals across 31 markets, managing more than 45,000 homes through Arqline’s integrated technology and property management platform.In its first year, Arqline has already earned industry recognition, winning the 2026 Property Management Innovation Award and being named one of GlobeSt's 2026 Influencers in Multifamily.
Prior to founding Alfred and Arqline, Beck was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised companies on growth and strategy. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College.
