About Event

📢 Founders, entrepreneurs, builders: Take a break from your desk. Come with a question, leave with fresh perspectives, new connections, and a little more clarity about your next steps.

Walking Wisdom is networking done differently. Instead of pitches, presentations, or trying to work a room, we'll head outside and try a unique facilitated conversation format designed to help you think through real challenges with other people who get it.

You might come with a business decision you're navigating, an idea you can't quite crack, a leadership challenge, or simply a question that's been sitting in the back of your mind. Through walking and conversation, you'll have the chance to explore it from new angles while helping others do the same.

No pitches. No presentations. No awkward networking. Just founders, entrepreneurs, investors, startup leaders, and other builders walking side by side, exchanging perspectives and tapping into the collective wisdom of the group.

Walking Wisdom was created by Orshi Kocsis, founder of Polaris Consulting and an experienced HR and leadership consultant, around the belief that some of our best conversations don't happen around a boardroom table—they happen side by side. Orshi has spent more than 20 years working with startups, growing companies, and global organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Australia.

The event is free and will be held in English and Norwegian, depending on the participants. Please come prepared to spend around 60 minutes walking at a comfortable pace outside.
