Early & Mid-Career Progression in Corporate Netherlands: Setting the stage for a thriving career
Description
In the first 10 years of your career, the foundations you lay determine the trajectory of your future. This session will explore the three most important things you must do early on: go broad first – then go deep, get close to and shadow a Leadership Team, and build relationships (and as a bonus: establish a personal health routine). We’ll discuss how to balance working in your job (delivering results today) while also working on your job (strategically investing in skills and opportunities that shape tomorrow). Finally, you’ll learn how to navigate the unwritten rules of corporate life: how to play the game with integrity and position yourself for long-term success in Corporate Europe. This event is designed not only for those in the early stages of their careers, but also for professionals further along who want to coach, guide, and help our younger generation thrive.
Why should you join?
1. Focus on how to think (vs. focus on what to do)
2. Goes beyond the textbook and gives a glimpse into the real world.
3. Grow both your own career as well as others'
