Heather Jackson-Fassari is a dedicated, meticulous, and personable Fractional CFO with extensive experience across manufacturing, private equity-owned companies, and high-growth startups. She holds an MBA from Canisius University and certifications in Management Accounting, Strategy and Competitive Analysis, and QuickBooks Online.
Her high-level national and international CFO work includes overseeing consolidated financials for ten manufacturing plants, leading financing and operations for a software development company, and serving as the finance lead for several acquisitions and divestitures. Heather’s strengths go beyond finance, including systems implementation, operational setup for 24/7 environments, and strategic decision support.
