In climate and social change work, setbacks are everywhere - stalled strategies, fragile partnerships, policies that didn’t land, experiments that failed, and leaders quietly hitting their limits. Yet these stories rarely make it to the stage. They get edited out or buried under success metrics. What if those moments are actually where the real learning lives?
Join us for #FailFest, a participatory session that treats failure not as weakness, but as intelligence. Together we’ll explore what becomes possible when setbacks are examined honestly and when learning is designed into the system, rather than left to chance. Co-hosted by BLESS Indonesia, Climate Breakthrough, and TINTA – The Invisible Thread, this gathering will feature curated #FailFest storytellers from different continents and across diverse roles in the impact ecosystem.
