​Ligare returns to Catan in November.

​We design nights where strangers stop feeling like strangers.

​On Tuesday, November 11, the spotlight is back on the game that started it all: Catan. Maybe you’ve played before.

​Maybe you’ve only heard whispers of sheep, wood, and roads. Either way, this is your chance to dive into the modern classic that defined a generation of board gaming—and to experience it re-imagined as a tool for connection.

​The theme of the night is “Under Construction.” Catan is all about building—roads, settlements, cities—and negotiating with others to make it possible. At Ligare, that theme runs deeper: we’re all building community, brick by brick, together.

​Whether you’re trading sheep for the first time or perfecting your third city, there’s room for you at the table.

​How the night flows

​Act 1 – Mingle (~40 min)
Grab your included drink, meet your tablemates, and enjoy light icebreakers as you settle in.

​Act 2 – Catan (~120 min)
At your intentionally matched table, dive into Catan. It’s iconic, instantly recognizable, and full of dramatic moments—whether you’re sealing the trade that gets you a city or watching someone else block your longest road. We’ll guide the rules and thread in Spark Cards so the play fuels conversation, not competition.

​Act 3 – Open Threads (until the candles go out)
When the dice stop rolling, the conversation keeps going. Surprise prompts and rituals open space for deeper dialogue, whether at your table or mingling across the room.
