Coworking Hours for Event Professionals
Join us for a relaxed 2-hour online co-working session designed for event professionals who want focused time to get things done alongside peers.
We’ll start with a short welcome and introductions led by Francisco Opazo, Head of Growth, Ecosystem and Field Marketing at Eventify. You’ll have the chance to say hello, share what you’re working on, and set a simple goal for the session.
Then we’ll move into focused work time.
Use the block however you need. You might want to plan an upcoming event, review your attendee journey, organise your speaker comms, work on sponsor follow-ups, clean up your project board, or finally tackle that task you’ve been putting off.
At the end, we’ll come back together for a light wrap-up. Sharing is optional, but you’ll be welcome to share what you worked on, what you achieved, or what you’re taking forward next.

Francisco is the organiser of the Community Week, a B2B Conference for Event Professionals and Community Creators, and has organised it in London, Toronto, and Lisbon.
