The Table · Why inference cost breaks the business model before the tech does
The demo works. The model is good enough. And then someone divides cost per query by price per seat and the company stops making sense. This is the failure mode that kills AI companies quietly, months after the technology stopped being the risk.
So we are seating the person who signs off on that arithmetic rather than the person who writes the kernels, and asking what he does when a product's margin is being eaten by its own inference bill.

Our guest: Yoni Farin — co-founder, CTO and CPO of Coralogix, a StageOne portfolio company.
Yoni builds and sells software in a category where the default pricing model punishes customers for having more data, and his answer was to re-architect the product so the bill stopped tracking volume: analysis in stream, the archive left in the customer's own storage, cost decoupled from ingest. He has more than two decades in software and distributed systems, co-founded Coralogix out of Verint in 2014 with Ariel Assaraf, took it through a $200M round and now runs an AI product line with a compute bill of its own. He has fought this exact arithmetic from both sides of the invoice.
Eight seats around one table in Tel Aviv: six people building in AI infrastructure, our guest, and one person from StageOne. 13:00 to 15:00, two hours, one question. An open conversation with someone who has already done it, not a talk: no slides, no presentation, no pitching. Lunch is on StageOne.
Only six seats. Every seat changes the conversation, so if your plans change, please cancel your registration on this page or let us know as early as you can, and we will give the seat to someone else.
Seats are reviewed one by one. We send the exact address in the confirmation email.
