Lucia Davidova
Lucia Davidova has been working as a project consultant since 2004. She has over two decades of experience navigating the complex landscape of EU funding, which includes managing European innovation support projects. Since 2019, she specializes in EU Framework Programmes for research and innovation support as she served as the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe National Contact Point for innovation in SMEs and the European Innovation Council that supports high-impact, excellent research teams and companies. Since 2022, she´s been working at ADDSEN, a Slovak-based consultancy company assisting excellent scientific teams and start-ups to receive funding for R&D activities. At the same time, she works as a manager of several Horizon Europe projects supporting female entrepreneurs and investors, encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM, and promoting innovative education.
Über SCALEHER project
SCALE'HER project is an EU-wide initiative funded by the Horizon Europe programme. It´s mission is to support female-founded deep-tech start-ups to scale-up across European markets. It´s main component is the accelerator programme designed to elevate exceptional women-led deep tech start-ups with market-product fit and investment need, and bridge the innovation gap across European regions. Powered by a consortium of partners from 10 European countries, our mission is to increase market presence and unlock funding opportunities for women entrepreneurs shaping the future of technology - through mentorship, strategic pitch sessions, and curated investor matchmaking. We're currently selecting 60 ventures and assembling a strong pool of experts to support them. ADDSEN is a member of the SCALE´HER consortium. Our team of experienced professionals assists excellent scientific teams and promising businesses in Central Europe to discover and fully realise their potential through EC funding and Horizon Europe partnerships.
