About Event

About

As a founder, your exit is both a fundamental goal, and an inevitability. Personal priorities, economics, market dynamics, and competing opportunities all shape the decision of whether to exit, when and how to execute successfully – and founders must continuously reassess that decision as circumstances change.

In this session, Joseph DeLuca will walk through a practical framework for thinking about venture exits: the different types of exits, key factors to weigh, and how to time them well. Drawing on his own exits over several decades – with candid, hindsight commentary – plus additional case examples, he’ll offer an experience-based view of what actually goes into this decision.

Who It’s For

Founders at any stage of the venture life cycle. Also valuable for investors as well.

About the speaker

Joseph DeLuca is a serial entrepreneur and investor who has built and sold companies and investments across a range of industries. As a strategist and operating partner, he works closely with founding entrepreneurs to help them navigate the market opportunities and challenges facing companies today.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch. Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be provided during the session.
