​In this session, Joseph DeLuca will walk through a practical framework for thinking about venture exits: the different types of exits, key factors to weigh, and how to time them well. Drawing on his own exits over several decades – with candid, hindsight commentary – plus additional case examples, he’ll offer an experience-based view of what actually goes into this decision.
