He's the founder of TechEdge Dynamics, a growth studio helping startups and SMEs scale with AI and technology, and of Visionaries NV, a platform helping international founders establish operations in the U.S. Rafael works with early-stage founders on market entry, product-market fit, and scaling and is the author of Grow Into It, a book on building without a perfect plan.
