​This is it. Colosseum Frontier submission closes this week, and we've got one last Saturday session before the gates shut.

​If your project is mostly there but the pitch is rough, the demo is fragile, or there's a technical knot you can't untangle; this Saturday is when we fix it. Bring whatever's broken, half-finished, or stressing you out. We'll work through it with you.

​Who'll be on the call: • Mentors for pitch prep and demo flow • Builders in the same boat as you, grinding to the deadline

​What to bring: • Your current pitch deck (even rough — especially rough) • A working build, or the one bug stopping you from having one • Specific questions — "is my architecture sane," "does this pitch land," "how do I show this in 3 minutes"

​A few things worth saying out loud with days to go:

​Submit even if it's not perfect. A submitted project that's 80% beats a polished one that missed the deadline. Judges are looking at clarity of vision and execution, not whether every edge case is handled.

​The pitch & demo video matters more than you think. If you only have time for one polish pass, make it the videos. That's what judges actually watch.
