World Cafe: Manager Manifest 主管哲學

​We’ve all worked with managers—some inspiring, others challenging. These experiences shape how we view leadership and influence how we aspire to lead.

In this World Cafe, we invite you to reflect on what you’ve learned from working with managers—both the good and the bad, share how these lessons have shaped your understanding of leadership. Through understanding others' experience, you will articulate your own Manager Manifest, your personal philosophy for leading others.

☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​​📝 What can you expect?

• ​​7 pm doors open. Drink and light food are available to share

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

• ​​9:30 pm-10 pm Mingle + wrap up

​​💰What is the cost?

• ​​Standard: HKD 200 per person.

• ​​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option HKD 210 - 250.

​​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 7 pm?

• ​​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 7:30 p.m. to join the sharing session. ​​✨ What happens if the event has reached its full capacity?

• ​You can reach out to be added to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, I’ll contact you so you can decide whether you’d like to join. You should pay for the ticket after confirming your attendance and before joining the event.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。

• ​​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。

• ​​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

• ​​7 pm 稍息及用餐 (輕食 + 一杯飲品)

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$200。

• ​​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(7pm-7:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於晚上7:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

• ​​你可以跟我們聯絡，並加入等候名單。如果在活動前有人釋出位置，我會聯絡您，以便您決定是否參加。你需在確認出席後並在參加活動之前支付門票。
