Elements of Statistical Learning Chapter 2

​By acclamation, starting something a little bit new. Since a lot of people might not be familiar with the deeper methods of ML, we're starting a study group on the book, Elements of Statistical Learning. For this meeting, we're going to go over Chapter 2. Plan is to have a chapter each months, go over it, and talk. We can use discord to ask questions, go over finer, points, etc.
