​Join us for a screening of Elia Suleiman’s acclaimed film The Time That Remains (2009), a poetic, darkly humorous portrait of a Palestinian family’s life from 1948 leading up to the second Intifada of early 2000s. Known for his minimalist, deadpan style and quietly poignant framing, Suleiman blends memoir and political history to illuminate resilience, absurdity, and everyday life under occupation.
