As a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness educator, Jennifer works with a range of clients, from individuals with chronic illness to those seeking a healthier lifestyle, equipping them with the necessary tools to unlock their wellness potential.
Jennifer developed a strong passion and empathy to help the autoimmune population after she overcame several life-threatening autoimmune disorders by managing her lifestyle. Jennifer’s experience includes heading the nutrition departments at several functional medicine wellness centers, and partnering with physicians to lead patients through holistic health coaching programs. Jennifer created and leads Wellness Workshops on Meal Prepping, Pantry Makeovers, Goal Setting, and shares her own experience with Autoimmunity.
