About Event

Unresolved stress at work doesn't just disappear — it builds into survival mode, showing up as overdelivering, hypervigilance, or shutting down when things go wrong. In this hour, we'll look at your specific stress patterns and the ways your stress response is actually trying to protect you, even when it doesn't feel that way. You'll leave with real, practical tools to interrupt the pattern in the moment so you can practice building habits that regulate your system when life gets loud.

Target Audience: Women in tech who feel constantly stressed, overextended, or on edge at work. This workshop is designed to support women dealing with overdelivering, struggling to say no, or bringing that tension home.

Speaker Information: Kamille Johnson (they/them) is a life coach for conscious tech leaders. A former software engineer, product manager and designer, Kamille spent 7 years in tech before burning out completely and moving to Hawaii to reconnect with their purpose. Now, Kamille helps tech leaders come home to themselves, working from the inside out to build lives that actually match who they are.
