Stretch & Sweat: Yoga, Collage, Sauna and Ice Bath for Creatives

​Join CLBHUIS and Numa for a strength building and grounding afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner creativity.

​We will begin by softly arriving in the body and creating space to connect with ourselves and each other. We move into a 60-minute Yoga session, taught by Numa Instructor, Cecilia.

​Afterwards, we transition into a creative exercise. You will create your own collage inspired by the prompt "what brings you joy". This piece becomes a visual reminder of the positive energy you want to bring into your life. Then, you'll be able to hop in the Sauna and Ice Bath. This is an afternoon of movement, breath, creativity, and connection. ✨

​No yoga or art experience needed - just come as you are. This workshop offers a space to get present, reconnect with yourself, and express your inner world through movement, breath, and creativity.

​What's included:

• ​Collage art session - all materials provided.

• ​90 min sauna, ice bath, and art exercise

• ​Comfortable clothing for movement

• ​An open mind and curiosity

• ​A swimsuit, towel, and sandals

• ​Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get changed and settled.
