The buyer has the right to a full refund (100%) of the ticket price if they request cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment. The request must be sent in writing to the organizer’s email, including the order number, or submitted via the ticket sales portal.

After this period, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Purchased tickets may only be used to attend the given event and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another event unless the organizer states otherwise.

If the event does not take place due to reasons on the organizer’s side, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will be issued using the same payment method within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.
