The Rcoz South Asian Women Support Group
Rcoz is hosting a support group for South Asian women to talk, connect, and feel less alone.
Whether you're dealing with stress, family pressure, feeling overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to—you're welcome here. You don’t need a diagnosis or any experience with therapy. Just come as you are.
The group will meet on the first Thursday of each month and is peer-led, grounded in shared understanding and mutual support.
