​Inside most companies there's a small group of people building the AI the rest of the org has started to depend on: the internal copilots, the agentic workflows, the eval harnesses, the retrieval layers, the guardrails nobody sees until they fail. It's some of the most interesting work happening in AI right now, and almost none of it is public.
