Gen AI Masterclass - May Edition
This month’s Gen AI Masterclass focuses on how organisations build real AI capability, from early adoption through to advanced implementation, with perspectives from internal teams, AI vendors, and SMEs getting started.
Max Darby (AI Solution Architect, Musgrave) will share how large organisations are leveraging internal knowledge bases to deploy AI solutions at scale, highlighting how structured data, governance, and internal capability shape outcomes.
Garry Tiscovschi (CEO, Kreoh) will build on this by exploring how companies engage with AI in practice - particularly when internal technical capability is limited. He will cover how organisations assess their starting point, decide between building vs configuring solutions, and work with partners to deliver results. This includes a real-world example outlining the use case, implementation process, and business impact, along with perspectives from industry clients.
Aisling Mooney (Marketing & AI, Greentech HQ) will focus on SMEs and teams at an earlier stage of adoption, demonstrating how to get started with AI tools using practical, accessible approaches. She will explore how teams can build confidence, develop internal capability over time, and make informed decisions about hiring, outsourcing, and investment.
Together, the session provides a practical view across the AI maturity curve - from getting started, to scaling capability, to embedding AI in complex organisations.
