ADHD & Money: From Avoidance to Control
Money and ADHD can be especially tricky, particularly when avoidance, overwhelm, and impulsivity are in the mix. This often shows up for freelancers, founders, or anyone juggling a lot and trying to stay on top of expenses, income, and future planning at the same time.
In this session, we’ll look at why money can feel so emotionally loaded with ADHD and the patterns that tend to keep people stuck. We’ll then focus on simple, low-effort ways to stay on top of your finances, including tracking expenses, setting spending or saving goals, and creating a system that works for your brain. You’ll leave with your own practical plan and strategy to help you feel more in control of your money.
