About Event

Cool down from Summer Szn with an evening of reflection, rest, and community hosted virtually by @journalingclasses.

Fall is around the corner but summer is still here. Before we rush into a new season let's take a moment to actually sit with the summer we just lived

Summer can hold a lot: movement, travel, plans, people, long days, late nights, expectations, joy, change, and everything in between. As the season begins to wind down, this workshop is an invitation to cool down with it.

Together, we'll reflect on the last few months: what filled you up, what depleted you, what surprised you, what shifted, what you learned, and what you might be ready to leave behind.

Rather than immediately asking what's next?, we'll give ourselves space to acknowledge what was.

This workshop is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a little breathing room between seasons — before we turn our attention toward fall and the Fall Equinox.

Whether your summer felt expansive, exhausting, joyful, challenging, chaotic, restful, or somewhere in between, you are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Let me set the scene: the day is winding down, you're in your comfiest clothes, a drink or snack is by your side, maybe a candle is flickering, your journal is open, and you log on from wherever you are to join a supportive community of thoughtful humans doing the same thing: slowing down and putting pen to paper.

This can be a part ii workshop!! I'm hosting a Fall Equinox workshop the week following this workshop. Join one or both! All different prompts - no repeats! In this workshop, I will meet you where you are and guide you through and experience that allows you to really anchor into the season that is ahead! Get your ticket for that here.

What to Expect

☀️ Guided Summer Reflection — journaling prompts to look back on the season you lived, the memories you made, the ways you grew, and the things that may have shifted along the way.

🧊 An Intentional Cool Down — space to come down from the energy and fullness of summer without feeling pressure to immediately figure out what's next.

🌱 Mindfulness Moments — opportunities to ground yourself, slow your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner voice amidst the noise of daily life.

👫 Community Connection — a warm, welcoming, judgment-free virtual space where sharing is always optional.

🍂 Space Between Seasons — a chance to notice what you want to carry with you and what you're ready to set down before we begin warming up to fall.

You don't need to have had the "best summer ever." You don't need to have accomplished everything you hoped to. You don't need to arrive with clarity about what's next.

This is simply your invitation to cool down, look back, and honor the season you just lived.

Come as you are. Bring your journal and something to write with.

If the cost of the workshop is limiting you from attending, please reach out to me on Instagram (@journalingclasses). Without question or judgment, we will find an option that feels accessible and aligned.

Sales are final. No refunds. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm and check your calendar before purchase.
