sundays is back for the summer!
what sundays is:
sundays is a live co-working session hosted every sunday to bring together passionate creatives and builders to do whatever they're doing that isn't school/work. it's time carved out for deep work, giving you space to finally work on the project you've always been itching to start. we're a safe space to demo, eat food, receive feedback, find inspiration, make new friends, and explore your intellectual curiosities!
sundays started out as a place for a group of friends at usc to feel less isolated while building their personal projects, and expanded into a socratica node and cross-campus collaboration with ucla!
what to expect:
we’ll kick things off with intros, then dive into pomodoro-based co-working sprints to lock in on your projects. bring whatever you’re building: startup, side project, design and give yourself a solid block of time to actually make progress. after, we'll have time to demo and get feedback on projects!
schedule:
2:00 – 2:15 pm → introductions + icebreakers
2:15 – 5:15 pm → pomodoro deep work
5:15 – 6:00 pm → show & tell + community hang
who’s it for?
this is a space for every field, every passion. makers, artists, researchers, and founders, and more! anyone actively building something outside of class/work and looking for a space to focus, share progress, and connect with peers who get it. especially if you are new to la or just here for the summer, it's a great opportunity to meet some like-minded people and make some new friends!
sundays is la’s lowkey ode to socratica, but west coast style.
