Nervous System Regulation for Busy Techpreneurs
Hosted at Supernatural, Toronto’s premier longevity lifestyle destination, this immersive, guided experience blends sound bath, breathwork, and deep listening to help you reset and recalibrate your nervous system.
The experience takes place in The Portal: a one-of-a-kind somatic sound studio with therapeutic light. Through guided breath patterns, layered sound, and intentional listening, you’ll be invited to shift attention inward—experiencing sound not just through the ears, but through the body.
The Portal was created as an intimate space for experiential classes, storytelling, and community-led sessions—designed to deepen awareness, regulate the nervous system, and expand how we perceive and process sound.
THE FLOW:
5:30pm Arrival and check in 5:45pm Class begins 6:45pm Closing and discussion
Participants will also receive a complimentary RE:SET Frequency Therapy session: a proprietary sound, light, and vibration experience that is exclusive to Supernatural in Toronto. RE:SET uses scientifically calibrated frequencies delivered through sound and vibration to shift your brainwaves and body into a parasympathetic state, where rest, repair, and regulation occur. As you recline in a zero-gravity chair, custom audio and vibroacoustic feedback create a full-body resonance that synchronizes the mind and body, helping to downshift stress and recalibrate your emotional and energetic systems.
As a bonus to the experience, attendees will also receive 20% off inner optimization treatments at Supernatural (excluding custom IV drips, NAD+ therapies, and retail).
