Join us for a Supabase Meetup in Auckland — a friendly, practical evening for developers and builders working on modern web and mobile apps.
This is a free event! (registration required)
All developer content is welcome: database design, serverless architectures, front-end frameworks, scaling strategies, rapid prototyping, developer tooling, AI coding tools, testing frameworks, and...whatever you all want! As an Unconference-style event, the participants determine the content.
What is Supabase?
Supabase is an open‑source platform built on PostgreSQL, with a commercial offering at https://supabase.com. It provides authentication, databases, file storage, edge functions, and real‑time APIs out of the box — giving you everything you need for a full backend with minimal setup. It’s designed to scale from side projects to production apps, with generous free and low‑cost tiers, which is why it is used by thousands of companies and solo founders and provides database services for modern no-code tools like Lovable.
What to Expect
Short lightning talks on Supabase, app development, and related topics—if you have a project, tool, or bit of knowledge to share, prepare a 5-minute talk to present to the group
"Birds of a Feather" breakout sessions where attendees gather by topic to share ideas, challenges, and solutions
Time to meet other Auckland developers, founders, and builders
Free swag (while it lasts!)
Light refreshments and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere
