One week to the deadline. This session is about triage.
We'll go through what a complete Colosseum submission actually requires, what's worth finishing and what's worth cutting, and the common mistakes that sink otherwise strong projects in the last week — usually an unclear demo, a missing explanation, or scope that never got closed.
We'll also lay out every remaining support session: final pitch polish, the submission review clinic, member review slots and the last office hours before the deadline. If you only come to one session this week, make it this one.
