Join us for an evening of startup pitches, international connections, and open networking with a visiting delegation from Japan.
The Japan IT Career Promotion Association (JAIC) is bringing 15 innovative Japanese startups to Silicon Valley to explore new opportunities, exchange ideas, and connect with the local technology and investment community.
Each startup will take the stage for a fast-paced open mic pitch, followed by an extended networking session where founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem builders can meet and continue the conversation.
Whether you are looking to discover emerging technologies from Japan, meet ambitious founders, explore cross-border partnerships, or simply connect with the Silicon Valley startup community, we would love to have you join us.

Arrive, grab refreshment, and connect with fellow attendees and members of the Japanese startup delegation.
5:30–5:40 PM — Opening Remarks
A welcome from the organizers and a brief introduction to JAIC, the visiting delegation, and the evening’s program.
5:40–6:20 PM — Startup Pitches
Lightning pitches from JAIC & SIT-SV startups introducing their companies, technologies, and global ambitions.
6:20–7:50 PM — Open Networking Mixer
Meet the founders, continue conversations from the pitches, and explore opportunities for investment, partnerships, market entry, and collaboration.
7:50–8:00 PM — Closing Remarks & Final Connections
A short wrap-up followed by time to exchange contact information and make final introductions.

Founded in 2017 by Kazuya Motohara, the Japan IT Career Promotion Association (JAIC / ITキャリア推進協会) supports IT talent development, career advancement, entrepreneurship, and international business exchange.
JAIC organizes programs that connect Japanese professionals, founders, and companies with global innovation ecosystems, including business delegations, company visits, and community meetups in Silicon Valley and San Francisco.
