「あたらしい経済」と「KudasaiJP」が共同運営する企業向けWeb3コミュニティ「Web3 Business Hub（WBH）」では、Web3ビジネスの発展に参考となるセミナーを毎月開催しています。
4月のテーマは「Web3時代の企業戦略｜規制対応と機密性を両立するオンチェーン設計」です。
企業がデジタルアセットやステーブルコイン、RWA、オンチェーン決済・資金管理を本格活用していくうえで避けて通れない論点である「Compliance x Confidentiality」を掘り下げます。
オンチェーンは、決済の高速化やコスト削減、プログラマブルな金融設計といった大きな利点を持つ一方で、取引データが公開されることで、取引先との関係、ポジション、資金移動、保有状況などが外部から推測されやすいという課題があります。企業や金融機関にとっては、透明性だけでなく、規制対応を前提にした適切な機密性の設計が、社会実装を進めるための重要な条件になっています。
本セッション前半では、企業がオンチェーン活用を進める際の主要論点を整理します。KYC/KYB/KYT、OFAC対応、監査、権限管理といったコンプライアンス体制を維持しながら、どのように機密性を確保するのか。ステーブルコイン決済、報酬支払い、トレジャリー運用、RWA・トークン化といった具体的なユースケースを通じて、実務上の論点を立体的に捉えます。
後半では、Boundlessによるキーノートを実施します。既存のコンプライアンス・ワークフローや認証基盤、権限管理を大きく変えることなく、オンチェーン取引に機密性を追加するアプローチや、マルチチェーン環境での導入イメージ、規制当局や監査対応における選択的開示の考え方についてご紹介いただきます。
Web3を新規事業、金融、決済、トークン化の文脈で検討している事業会社、金融機関、インフラ事業者、法務・コンプライアンス担当者にとって、制度と実装の両面から次の一手を考えるための機会です。

The “Web3 Business Hub (WBH)”, a corporate-focused Web3 community jointly operated by Atarashii Keizai and KudasaiJP, hosts monthly seminars designed to provide practical insights for advancing Web3 business initiatives.
The theme for April is:
“Corporate Strategy in the Web3 Era | Designing On-Chain Systems that Balance Compliance and Confidentiality.”
This session will explore the critical topic of “Compliance × Confidentiality”, which companies must address when adopting digital assets, stablecoins, RWAs, and on-chain payments and treasury management at scale.
While on-chain systems offer significant advantages—such as faster settlements, reduced costs, and programmable financial architecture—they also introduce challenges. The transparency of blockchain data can make it easier for external parties to infer sensitive information, including counterparties, positions, fund flows, and asset holdings. For enterprises and financial institutions, designing appropriate confidentiality frameworks—alongside regulatory compliance—is becoming a key requirement for real-world adoption.
In the first half of the session, we will outline the key considerations for enterprise adoption of on-chain systems. How can organizations maintain compliance frameworks—such as KYC/KYB/KYT, OFAC compliance, auditing, and access control—while ensuring confidentiality? Through concrete use cases including stablecoin payments, payroll, treasury management, and RWA/tokenization, we will examine these issues from a practical, multi-dimensional perspective.
In the second half, we will feature a keynote by Boundless. The session will introduce approaches to adding confidentiality to on-chain transactions without significantly altering existing compliance workflows, identity systems, or permission management. It will also cover implementation in multi-chain environments and the concept of selective disclosure for regulators and auditors.
This seminar offers a valuable opportunity for corporations, financial institutions, infrastructure providers, and legal/compliance professionals exploring Web3 in the context of new business development, finance, payments, and tokenization to identify their next strategic steps—both from institutional and technical perspectives.
