Sunday, October 4 — Arrival & Welcome
Arrive in San Francisco and meet the delegation over an informal welcome dinner with a view over San Francisco Pier. Get to know fellow participants and explore the week ahead.
Monday, October 5 — Frontier AI Site Visits
A full day in Silicon Valley exploring frontier AI infrastructure, with planned visits with top AI leaders from hyperscalers such as NVIDIA, Google Deepmind / Meta. Meet the teams building the technology behind the next wave of AI.
Tuesday, October 6 — Nordic × Silicon Valley AI Founders Reception
Bringing the top founders and startups from Silicon Valley and the Nordics to showcase "How to Scale in US".
Wednesday, October 7 — VC & Founders Reception
For a very few selected founders: meet, network and present your startup to the Top VC's and investors from the Bay Area .
Who should apply?
Nordic AI startup and scale-up founders, technical leaders, CEOs and CTOs with global ambitions — particularly those building AI products, preparing for US expansion or seeking relevant investor and technology partnerships.
Participation
Participation is by approved application only. Very limited spots. Apply through this page to be considered for the delegation. Your place is confirmed once your application has been approved.
The delegation and events are free of charge for the accepted participants. However, participants arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation costs. Detailed logistics and individual event RSVP links will be shared with confirmed participants.
The program is subject to change. Access to individual site visits and receptions is subject to capacity and host confirmation.
